SME member successfully constructs EBV building scale model

United Arab Emirates, in recent times, has witnessed outstanding economic advancement. New ventures have taken advantage of this progress, but availability of the right platform has set them back. Thus, aiming at young entrepreneurs and promoting the growth of new business, MOHAMMED BIN RASHID ESTABLISHMENT FOR YOUNG BUSINESS LEADERS (MBRE) has commenced a landmark project called ENTREPRENEUR BUSINESS VILLAGE (EBV). It will be the first of its kind, dedicated to unleash the latent talents in the business community.

With this in view, the responsibility of creating the EBV building model was entrusted to the One Millimeter Model Makers Company, which was represented by Mr. Waleed Al Marzouqi. The company is a member of Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders.

The creation is a scale model of EBV at 1:200 scales, which is to be exhibited at the SME head quarters.

The model is similar to the real building but of a smaller scale, with the main intention of the model expecting to provide a better understanding of the building. This model represents a strong marketing tool seeking to attract investors, clients and customers, which took the company around 2 months to realize the construction task, considered to be a highly competitive time to construct such a model

EBV, which presents a one-stop shop for Entrepreneurs, aims at furnishing all the business needs of small and medium enterprises. EBV shall extend its facilities to help start new businesses or existing businesses pursuing expansion programs. The project will provide a platform to businesses to help them be in sync with the development of Dubai.

Entrepreneur Business Village (EBV), is Dubai’s Government’s latest landmark development in the heart of Dubai. The million square feet commercial development is set to be the regions Largest Business Incubation Park and the focal point for all regional Entrepreneurial Development activities.

The establishment has a portfolio of members covering a wide number of industries, including service, trade, commercial, professional and industrial.
