Optimiza Academy Offers the "Project Manager Professional" PMI-PMP Course to Optimiza Employees

Amman, October 2008 – Optimiza (Al-Faris National Company/ ASE:CEBC) celebrated the graduation of its first batch of employees who will be getting the "Project Manager Professional" PMI-PMP certificate. This achievement falls in line with Optimiza's plans for developing the skills and competencies of its human resources capital. Optimiza Academy – Optimiza's training and human capital development arm – designed and carried out the training program to suit the company's needs.

As part of the program, Optimiza hosted several Project Managers to discuss their success stories that have been achieved as a result of Optimiza’s adoption of sound project management systems, which have contributed to the enrichment of information through the exchange of work expertise among the participants. This success was celebrated and participants were honored with certificates and awards.

In his speech during the graduation ceremony, Mr. Fayez Jolani, the PMI Regional Program Manager-Optimiza Academy, stressed the commitment the Academy works with in developing the level of Optimiza’s employees' performance. He further supported the use of innovation and professionalism in the provision of services and the development of Project Management foundations. Mr. Jolani said: "We are confident that Optimiza, with its trained PMI-PMP certificate-holding teams, will be able to provide the best tailor-made services to support clients who are operating within the different economic sectors."
Mr. Awni Lukasheh, Project Management Office Director at Optimiza, added that this course will not be the last of its kind, as more Project Managers are going to be trained for the PMI-PMP and other advanced certificates from PMI. This falls in line with Optimiza’s plans to provide the highest level of services to its clients both in Jordan and in the Middle East region, in accordance with international best practices standards in Project Management.
